Federal proposals draw on specialists who are not on our payroll: pricing analysts, technical writers, discipline engineers, past-performance researchers and reviewers. Those contributors work inside a controlled workspace with their own account, their own signed agreements and access limited to the efforts they support. This pathway is separate from employment; it does not run through human resources.

You apply or are invited

A proposal lead reviews every application. Direct invitations are also sent when a capture calls for a specific discipline.

You sign first

A mutual nondisclosure agreement and a conflict-of-interest acknowledgement, shown in full on screen and recorded with date and time.

You see only your rooms

Solicitation files, the review schedule, your assignments and the team discussion for the efforts you are assigned to.
